The studio
A small studio,
building quietly since 2019.
Taylor Homes is a family-led custom home builder rooted in Burleson, working across the DFW metroplex on a small number of residences each year.
— Story
We started Taylor Homes with a small crew, a single project, and the conviction that a home is the most personal thing a family will ever commission. Six years and more than fifty families later, that conviction hasn't changed.
We're deliberately small. The same person you meet at the kitchen-table conversation walks the framing with you, picks the stone with you, hands you the keys. No project manager you've never met. No satellite office.
We build between Burleson and the northern edge of the metroplex — lake houses, ground-up custom homes, shops, estates on acreage, and extensive remodels each year. The work is varied; the standard is not.
— The process
From first sketch to final key.
- 01
Conversation
We begin with a long conversation about how you live — the rituals, the rooms that matter, the way light should arrive in the morning.
- 02
Design
Architectural plans drawn alongside our partner architect, refined through models and material studies.
- 03
Construction
Foundation to finish carpentry, executed by craftsmen we've worked with for years. Weekly walkthroughs, full transparency.
- 04
Home
We hand over the keys — and remain available for years after, because the homes we build are ones we want to keep watching over.
— Why choose Taylor Homes
