Urban infill homes
Tight lots in the near-south and west side neighborhoods need a builder who can stage deliveries, protect neighbors, and still deliver an original plan. We survey access before we ever price the build.

Fort Worth, Texas
Original architecture on infill lots and acreage across Fort Worth and Tarrant County — built by a small Burleson studio that takes on only a handful of homes a year.
— Building in Fort Worth
Fort Worth asks two very different things of a builder. Inside the loop it's narrow lots, mature trees, and neighbors who deserve a clean site. West of town it's acreage, well and septic coordination, and long driveways. We build both, and we price them honestly after standing on the land.
Our studio is in Burleson — close enough that we're on site through the week, not once a month. Six-plus years, 50+ customers served, and nearly all new work arriving by referral. See the recent portfolio, the full range of custom home services, or how we work.
— What we build here

Tight lots in the near-south and west side neighborhoods need a builder who can stage deliveries, protect neighbors, and still deliver an original plan. We survey access before we ever price the build.

West of Fort Worth toward Aledo and Weatherford, we build larger residences with guest quarters, shops, and the site infrastructure that holds them together.

Whole-home restoration, kitchen and primary suite reimaginings, and sympathetic additions to Fort Worth homes worth keeping.
